Event 6:30-8pm

Legacy Park Auditorium

Does the sex talk challenge your parenting comfort zone? You aren't alone.

Come participate in an open, frank dialog between parents and the experts: Susan Doyle, Certified Sexuality Counselor and Educator, Dr. Ken Jackson, DHS Counselor, and Navvab McDaniels, Public Health Educator. This community conversation will be moderated by Dr. Lille Huddleston, CSD Executive Director of Student Equity and Support. We'll learn from each other, so please bring a question for the group.

Our sexuality is more than just sex. It encompasses all aspects of living in any community, including our attitudes, feelings, and values. It's influenced by experiences with our family, culture, religion, customs, professions, institutions, science... and politics

Let's teach our kids to celebrate their sexuality while simultaneously promoting good choices that enhance their self-worth, protect their sexual health, recognize their responsibilities, honor justice, and embrace inclusivity.
